Day Uno...

Okay.. well it's the first day of the so called diet... and well.. I'm doing good so far! I did my first 5 minute work out last night.. I did a couple sit-ups and some stretches.. I'm really wanting to become flexible again.. I miss that! Hmm... also last night for dinner I had a little smaller portion then I would normally have. Baby steps! For breakfast.. instead of extra cream and sugar in my coffee I had it with the amount they normally put in it.. and you know what?? I like it.. also I got normal cream cheese on my bagel instead of extra! So I'm moving in the right direction already I think. Small steps will make a big impact in the long run (or so I keep telling myself!)

Alright... wanted to let you know how my first day of the diet is going! I have my first 15 minute walk (my break) coming up in an hour or so.. wish me luck and good luck to everyone (if anyone) doing this with me!! :)
