Okay.. I made my very own diet and I can't stick with it! I have cut back on eating... so that has worked... but I keep forgetting to do my 5 minutes of work outs.. like I'll feel bad so I'll do it for 20 minutes one day.. but then not do it the next day! Oy vey.. I'll get better in time!
I've kind of started weight watchers! We'll see how this goes... my friend lost 11lbs and like some total of 5 inches in like two weeks... so I'm joining the bandwaggon!
